Before you write
- A migration did not pass its gates. That is expected behaviour, not a fault — the run names the gate that stopped it. Output is still on disk, marked partial.
- Verification is failing. Confirm the site is republished and publicly reachable, and that the token in the tag is the current one. Tokens are single-use and expire.
- You want a plan. Compare them on the pricing page and subscribe from there. Cards, invoices and cancellation are managed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, from the billing portal linked in your account.
Reporting a security issue
Send it to legal@layerport.app with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window before disclosing publicly.
